How to Use the LMS Calendar

This article explains how customize the LMS Calendar to display only certain events.

What are TAGS?
TAGS on LMS are equal to "Web Pages".  A tag is automatically created for every page that is created on the website. These tags can then be used to customize or filter what you want to see.

TAGS and the LMS Calendar
In order to view calendar events for specific teams, the TAGS for those teams are used. For example, events for the entire U7 Division will have the "U7 Division" tag. 

**NOTE: The "HOME" tag is used for all events belonging to the entire LMS organization and are not specific to a particular team or division (ie: Picture Day, Kickoff Day, Wind-up Day, etc.).

 

Step 1: Locate the "LMS Calendar" link on the top menu bar.



Step 2: Select "Show Tag Menu"

 

Step 3: The available tags are display. Also shown in the top left are the "Currently Selected Tag(s)".

Step 4: Select the TAGS (pages) that have events on them that are related to you. (ie: this example they have a child who plays on the U13M Comfort Inn team and another who plays on the U17 Reis Appliance team).

Step 5: Click the "Hide Tag Menu" and view your selected events on the Calendar.
